Founded in 2025 in India, NiqSolve was born out of frustration with text-only toy chatbots that can answer enquiries but can't write a single row of transaction ledger or trigger a payment.

When we started NiqSolve, we'd watched too many small businesses lose customers because their staff couldn't reply fast enough. Calls go to voicemail. Forms get ignored. Email is dead. But messages? People respond to messages.
The problem wasn't the channel — it was the labour. A bakery owner shouldn't need to write Python to put an agent behind their inbound flow. A clinic shouldn't need to wire up webhooks and OAuth to confirm appointments at 11 pm.

Operational software has to be deterministic. We believe combining reasoning models — DeepSeek, Claude, GPT — with explicit visual flow builders is the only way to ship AI agents that charge cards, send booking confirmations, and write to production databases without risk.
