This Privacy Policy explains how NiqSolve ("NiqSolve", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our WhatsApp Business automation platform available at niqsolve.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you provide to us
- Account data: email address, name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in (via Google OAuth or email/password through Supabase).
- WhatsApp Business credentials: after you complete Meta's Embedded Signup, we receive and store the WhatsApp Business Account ID, Phone Number ID, Business ID, and a system-user access token issued by Meta. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
- Configuration data: agent definitions, message templates, knowledge bases, and other content you create inside the Service.
1.2 Information received from Meta / WhatsApp
- Incoming WhatsApp messages and message status updates sent to webhook endpoints we host.
- Phone numbers of end-users who message your WhatsApp Business number.
- Media attachments (images, documents, audio, video) sent through WhatsApp.
- WhatsApp Business Account metadata (display name, quality rating, verified status, etc.).
1.3 Information collected automatically
- Log data such as IP address, browser type, request timestamps, and pages visited.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication and session management.
2. How we use information
- To deliver, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To send and receive WhatsApp Business messages on your behalf.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To debug, monitor, and improve the Service.
- To comply with WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, Meta Platform Terms, and applicable laws.
We do not use WhatsApp message content to train general-purpose machine learning models, sell to third parties, or use it for advertising.
3. How we share information
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — all WhatsApp message traffic is delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform; see WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
- Infrastructure providers — we use Supabase (authentication, database), Netlify (hosting), and other standard cloud providers. These vendors process data only as our service providers.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
4. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account remains active. WhatsApp message data is retained for the period required to deliver the Service and meet operational needs (typically up to 90 days for message bodies, longer for delivery metadata). You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the contact details below.
5. Security
- Access tokens issued by Meta are encrypted at rest using authenticated symmetric encryption.
- All traffic between your browser, our servers, and Meta is transmitted over HTTPS.
- Internal service-to-service APIs are gated by signed requests and rotating internal keys.

6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the legal basis.

7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Meta / WhatsApp, Google, Supabase, and others you choose to connect). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies, which we recommend reviewing.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
